Dave is a transformational coach and three principles practitioner. He served in the British Army for 17 years and worked for a number of companies before founding Simplicity in Mind.
Dave is passionate about helping veterans and first responders and with Paul and Silvie has created Missing in Action.

neil (silvie) silvester
Silvie is a coach, three principles practitioner and artist. He served in the Royal Green Jackets with Dave and spent 7 years as a Police Officer in Scotland. More recently Silvie has followed his own path struggling with depression and ill health to become a coach and serve others.
Silvie's involvement in Missing in Action has grown from cover artist to co-author.

Paul McCarty
Paul is a college lecturer teaching young adults who wish to join the military or emergency services as well as being a grassroots football coach. He is an RAF veteran and a retired Policeman.
Paul's drive to set up Missing in Action came from his own journey with Post Traumatic Stress. When he saw the simplicity behind peace of mind he wanted to share it as far and wide as possible.
